摘要

枸杞叶是茄科枸杞属植物枸杞或宁夏枸杞的干燥嫩叶。笔者通过查阅本草专著及国内外文献,考证枸杞叶两千多年来的食用及药用历史,并综述枸杞叶的化学成分和药理作用研究进展,发现枸杞叶中含有丰富的多糖类、黄酮类、萜类及甾体类等成分,并且具有显著的抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂和提高记忆力等药理活性,同时整理和搜集了枸杞叶的开发应用现状,以期为枸杞叶的深入研究及其资源开发与利用提供理论基础。

Abstract

Lycium leaf (LL) is the dried leaf of Lycium chinese Mill or Lycium barbarum L. In this paper, the edible and medicinal history, the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of LL were reviewed; and the status of development and utilization of LL was collected. That LL contains polysaccharides are found, flavonoids, steroids and terpenes, and has the effect of anti-oxidation, hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, and improving memory.
